we're passionate and inclusive educators trying to help empower young people to make informed decisions in regards to their health and wellbeing
Unfortunately, insufficient relationships and sex education has a direct negative impact on young people’s wellbeing, with it resulting in higher rates of teenage pregnancy, an inability to set and maintain personal boundaries and proliferation of prejudices and disrespectful behaviour.
Our goal is to help create a world where young people have access to a comprehensive relationships and sex education.
We want to equip young people with the knowledge and self-esteem they require in order to make healthy decisions in their platonic, romantic and sexual relationships and empower them with knowledge of their own health and wellbeing.
We do this by providing an experienced service that delivers evidence and empathy based content into your classrooms.
We deliver a wide range of lessons suitable for Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.
Our core topics include: puberty; self-esteem and emotional wellbeing; healthy relationships and abuse; contraception and STIs; LGBTQIA+ identity; and sex, consent and boundaries.
Our full range of content expands further than our core topics and we also work on bespoke lesson plans with schools based on their specific needs.
Examples of other lessons include: grooming, e-safety and media literacy.
We are available for other services such as teacher support, curriculum guidance and other bespoke engagements.
